Ramadan Kareem is a month-long observance in the Islamic faith, during which Muslims worldwide fast from dawn to sunset. It is a time of spiritual reflection, increased prayer, and acts of charity. The month of Ramadan is considered a time for self-improvement, devotion, and strengthening one’s relationship with Allah. At sunset, Muslims break their fast with dates and water before enjoying a meal called Iftar. The end of Ramadan is celebrated with Eid al-Fitr, a three-day festival of feasting, family, and prayer. Ramadan Kareem is a time of unity and solidarity, with communities coming together to support each other in their devotion to their faith.
